Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Mondka, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Our products include skin care and hair care collections, and due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain conditions apply for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skin care products

  • Opened or used hair care products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or online wallet.

  • Online wallet payments: Refund will be issued to the same payment method when possible.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Mondka will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
